Paul Reynolds - Managing Director
Paul established Hydrosub in 1989 after over 25 years of working in the offshore industry, ultimately in the role of Client Representative/Superintendent. As a company Hydrosub are guided by his experience and knowledge and therefore fully understand the difficulties involved with the day to day logistics of running programmes both on and offshore. Hydrosub ensures that it's workforce is fully aware of their responsibilities, safety aspects and timescales. With this excellent background they, given the opportunity, offer an efficient, complete and competitive service.

Charlotte Lawn - Accounts Manager
Charlotte has been with Hydrosub for over 5 years and has quickly progressed within the company. Charlotte ensures that the Accounts Department is run smoothly without delay, especially regarding the speedy processing of invoices for personnel. Anyone having a query regarding payments, she should be their first point of contact. Working alongside and travelling worldwide with Nina and with the help and support of their team they thrive to make Hydrosub a successful, trustworthy and dependable company.

Nina Richards - Operations Manager
Nina has over 5 years experience working at Hydrosub and with Charlotte shares the role of Company Secretary. Upon joining Hydrosub in 2001 as Operations Assistant her responsibilities have increased significantly while ensuring Hydrosub’s client and personnel portfolio has grown to its highest ever proportions. Nina has gained a great deal of knowledge within the offshore industry during her time with Hydrosub and has travelled widely to interact with clients old and new. Working now as Operations Manager she deals with all client and personnel issues, should you wish to discuss any operational matters then please call Nina.

Kelly Murrant - Operations Assistant
Kelly has been with Hydrosub since 2004, her role within the company is to assist the Operations Manager with placement of personnel ensuring all relevant documentation is in place. Kelly also co-ordinates logistics for personnel and helps make sure all applicable medicals, qualifications, visas and vaccinations are up to date and in place before mobilisation to worldwide locations.

Helen Crisp - Accounts Assistant
Helen has been working at Hydrosub since 2006 and has brought a wealth of experience of accounts from her previous employment. She processes all expense claims for personnel, ensuring swift reimbursement. Helen also assists the Accounts Manager to enable the department to be run as efficiently as possible.
